Our waiting area has a complete view of the group room. It is a comfortable place for your friends and family to come and watch your promotions or other special events.

We keep a large inventory of equipment on hand and of course we can special order any thing you might need. We always have water, sport drinks, and energy bars on hand for those who don't have time to stop and eat.

Our group room is over 2000 square feet of padded floor, 4 heavy bags, stretching station, mirrors and 16' foot ceilings. Plenty of room to work with weapons or just practice kata.

We have a full size boxing ring for sparring and training. Complete with ring timer and pads.
